摘要:
Natural Law is the intelligence principle which shows the appropriateness of an action to the intelligent and social nature. At the same time, these principles inspect whether the action is necessary for the ethical aspect. Locke's society perspectiveness is assembled on the basis of nature law and nature condition. According to him, people were living in a nature condition where is no authority before they created civilized society. In nature condition, earth's surface is given to the whole people's common property and common usage. Locke thinks that people's acquiring private property, which is common in nature condition by labouring, is a natural right. But Locke limits acquiring property on the condition of the amount of food rot, depositing a quantity sufficient to other people and having one's own labor. Restrictions on property are inactivated by people starting to use money.
