摘要：
Described is a VHF-UHF impedance measurement technique by detecting voltage and current of a device under-test, employing a calibration procedure with standard devices. Theoretical and experimental analyses suggest that better accuracy can be realized by the presented method than by a vector reflectometer in lower and higher impedance measurements for a frequency range extending to more than 500 MHz.
