摘要：

This article deals with the unauthorized agency comparative between in Islamic law and positive law. Tthe unauthorized agency Islamic law does not on principle recognize unauthorized agency of a stranger as a source of obligation, but the principal can approve the act of an unauthorized agent and there by make it valid.
