摘要：
Recent developments in medical science, as well as the growing sub-specialization in health sciences, demand the involvement of various professionals in the medical act. Causation of results considered unlawful by the criminal statute in medical procedures of this nature, call for a clear determination of the subject of a criminal claim. For this purpose modern doctrine applies the so-called trust principle. This article explores the concept, the assumptions and some cases that appear as problematic in the application of this principle in the medical field.
