摘要
We consider the failure analysis of microcomputer system based on fuzzy queueing system. Fuzzy queueing system is to combine the ability of fuzzy sets to represent more realistic situations with the well-established traditional queueing system. We propose the fuzzification of M/M/s queueing system. We represent the performance measures of a computer system by modeling arrivals of equipment failure for this queueing system based on fuzzy set theory. Also, we show a numerical example by the proposed fuzzy queueing system.
