摘要
The strategies from the area of human resources in company management is a subject of interest in research with emphasis on social sciences, theories of human capital and leadership in management research. The aim of this paper is to identify theoretical frameworks considered in research on strategic management and human resource management. The relationship between these approaches, based on the under Bedard (2004), on the basis of management practices set out by Bedard (2004), Calderon (2008), with respect to the postulates on competence management and the theory of resources and capacities, among others. The article considers the review of 18 national and international articles on the concepts and their application. The review reveals that business practices are weak in the relationship between organizational strategy and human resources management, and the role assigned to the area is blurred in the work of the organization and its own daily activities. In the investigations into different organizations, some limitations are exposed from the human resource departments that hinder the creation of added value in organizations.
