摘要
Several authors have recently reported precise measurements of alpha-particle, gamma-ray and conversion electron emission probabilities in the decay of 237Np. However, difficulties have been encountered in attempting to reconcile these data in constructing a self-consistent decay scheme. Evidence for the existence of a few low-energy, high-intensity transitions which would help to balance the nuclear level scheme is discussed. An attempt has also been made to resolve some of the difficulties by low energy gamma-ray spectroscopy. © 1990.
