摘要
Nurse educators are finding more and more nonnative speakers of English in the classroom. These students bring a much-needed cultural diversity to the nursing profession. Their success in nursing school can be enhanced when nurse educators learn how to minimize linguistic bias in multiple-choice exam questions.
