摘要
Despite wide interest in born global organizations, their knowledge management activities have not been investigated in detail by neither Polish nor international researchers. The study used a qualitative method, based on the interpretation techniques, relevant for the grounded theory. This approach was dictated by the weak structure of the research problem, which required exploratory methods, and a look from the perspective of practitioners, because from the paint of view of the theory it was not possible to formulate answers to the posed problem. Research techniques, presented in the article, were designed in accordance with the guidelines of conducting qualitative research. Additionally, the research results were presented, which allowed to discover key factors of knowledge management in born global organizations.
