摘要
A real-space renormalization group method which allows the direct calculation of the order parameter for magnetic systems is extended to quantum problems. The procedure is applied to the spin-1/2 Heisenberg ferromagnet on a square lattice in the presence of an Ising-like anisotropy. The results obtained are satisfactorily compared with experimental data on uncoupled ferromagnetic thin films in the monolayer range.
