摘要：
The activities of the National Library of Estonia as a center for digitization and preservation of electronic collections, which are the parts of national cultural heritage, are presented in this article. The library initiated amendments to the Legal Deposit Copy Act in order to establish a legal basis for collecting, preserving and disseminating online publications. Digital archive and several digital collections of the National library of Estonia are also presented in this paper.
