摘要
The influence of a small amount of arsenic on the crystallization of vitreous selenium is determined from a study of the crystallization enthalpy of vitreous As(x)Se(1-x) alloys (0 < x < 0.10), measured by differential scanning calorimetry: the crystallization enthalpy decreases as x increases. These results confirm the existence of a specific value for the average coordination number m almost-equal-to 2.1. Above this value, crystallization from the glassy state is no longer possible.
