摘要
Multiprocessor architectures are generally used for high speed applications. However, this paper shows that multiprocessors can be used with benefits for low-power integrated circuits. To replace a large single processor by a multiprocessor made of very simple processors allows a significant reduction of the power consumption, as well as a simplification of the software design. © 1990.
