摘要：
A total of 213 second-, fourth-, and sixth-grade students were asked to rate how likely a son or daughter would be to seek help from his or her mother or father in 20 different situations. Although few developmental differences were found, there were numerous situations in which the children expected (a) the mother or father to be the more likely target of help-seeking for bom boys and girls or (b) a same-sex preference in help-seeking. © 1990 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
