摘要：
Given a rational m × n matrix function W(z) and a subset σ of the complex plane C, we give an explicit algorithm (using column operations) to produce a rational matrix function H(z) of minimal possible McMillan degree which has the same left zero-pole structure on σ as W(z), i.e. for which H = WQ where Q and Q-1 are rational n × n matrix functions with no poles in σ. © 1990.
