We study the scattering problem for a Kronig-Penney model in a constant electric field. We determine the dependence of the transmission coefficient on the number of barriers and on the initial energy. We observe a strong random behavior that is related to the sensitive phase dependence for Zener tunneling. The power spectrum shows a 1/f component and a slowly decaying tail.
