摘要：
The study gives an account of communicative action, from the standpoint of communication as a cooperative enterprise (both on the basis of shared collective goals and without them). It offers a brief discussion on the conceptualization of cooperative and conflict talk, on coordination of speakers, on verbalization of (non)cooperative behavior and on determination of the dialogue interaction outcome.
