摘要
In the study of the genesis of the concept "kinesiology", the author relied on the fundamental works of philosophers of the ancient world and modern scientists, physiologists, biologists, specialists in the field of medicine, psychologists, teachers of physical education and sports and their theoretical views. The kinesiological theory is based on the fundamental works of I.M. Sechenov (1866), N.A. Bernstein and Erich von Holst. (1966), P.K. Anokhin (1975) on the relationship of physiological processes, psychic phenomena and motor functions of the body. The use of the theory was considered for the conservation and correction of students' health. Kinesiology is considered as a science of psychological, pedagogical, biomechanical aspects of motor activity and there are three areas: applied, sports and pedagogical. Sports kinesiology is the study of sport, physical activity of the person in sports. The basis of pedagogical kinesiology is the optimal technique of motor actions. Applied kinesiology is a multidisciplinary approach to health. Its main essence is to restore the function of the nervous system by mechanical impact: massage, manual and energetic (physical therapy, acupuncture) therapies, in addition to drugs, biological additives, psychocorrection. The basis of the effect of massage and manual therapy focuses on improving the function of the nervous system that affects muscle irritability, regardless of the source of the stimulus in the nervous system: muscles, joints or internal organs. From the complaints of a person about pain, the doctor finds out the degree of tension of the muscles deforming their statics. Most often to relieve tension an anesthetic is injected. However, after another overload of a different muscle, a person is in pain again, but in a different place. In order to eliminate pain, the doctor must seek the cause of the tense and painful muscle, which is the basis of applied kinesiology which unites various branches of medicine. The specific method for directional control of the gravitational interactions of the human body and environment, the purpose of which is the prevention and treatment of diseases, is one of the areas of applied kinesiology - kinesiotherapy. Kinesiological means are divided into passive kinesiotherapy (involuntary movements) and active: physical exercise to increase muscle strength and create the muscular system that in the process of learning and training will help to restore the temporarily lost properties of the motor function by means of physical education. Thus, the leading position belongs to the problem of implementing the kinesiological approach in health preservation of different population groups, including in the process of physical education of students.
