摘要：
The article analyzes the practicability of "goal-oriented" approach in regional law-making process. The preference of the term "task" instead of "purpose" is substantiated. The underlines the connection of the concepts of "goal-oriented" approach and "concretization of the law". In conclusion the author substantiates the use of the category of "designation" of a regional legislative act.
