Influence metal oxide on the electrical and optical properties of the dielectric

摘要
In this paper a comparison of two different processes, due to the influence of one and the same type of impurities. The first process is associated with a sharp increase in the ionic conductivity of dielectrics with the introduction of many metal oxides. The second process involves increasing the brightness of phosphors as the introduction of metal oxides. The first process is usually described by the theory of Mayer sorption processes in composite electrolytes. A thermodynamic model that relates the observed phenomena with changes in the activation energy of the process. The proposed model allows us to consistently pursue the synthesis of solid electrolytes and phosph.
