RELAXATION KINETICS OF NONEQUILIBRIUM QUASI-PARTICLE EXCITATIONS IN ANTIMONY POINT CONTACTS

High-frequency point-contact spectroscopy measurements of Sb contacts are performed at frequencies ranged between 3.10(3) and 8.10(10) Hz. It is shown that the background signal in the PC spectrum is mainly contributed by multi-phonon relaxation of electrons rather than by reabsorption of nonequalibrium phonons. The thermal relaxation frequency of the point-contacts is determined by frequency dispersion of conductivity at high voltages. The high-frequency results for the contacts with inverse spectra are treated within the scope of the model of spatial localization of electronic stales. The essential sharpening of the spectral peculiarities of electron-phonon interaction is found.
