Signs of human development in the didactic management of post graduate education

The development of Postgraduate Education in Higher Education and in particular Medical Education worldwide in our country is a need in our country due to its purpose of continue training professionals graduated from it's universities. This requires casting aside training and educating processes with a single dimension of the human being and move the postgraduate educational praxis to multilateral and comprehensive of the professional as a personality.
