摘要
The pot carnation is shown as an alternative to cut flower production, but it is necessary to define the characteristics of the development of the petals colour of their flowers during its vase life. The instrumental determination of the CIELAB colour coordinates of certain red hues varieties indicate colour changes during its vase life, which is reflected in the different values obtained in hue (h(ab)) and chroma (C*(ab)).
