摘要
This article discusses methods for the study of the stability of emulsions in TPN mixtures, and their interpretation in the light of current knowledge of colloid stability. The emphasis is placed on methods of quantitatively calculating the stability of complex TPN mixtures; the methods currently under development by the author are described in detail.
