摘要：
This paper aims to find out the philosophical roots of quality. In this context, we have firstly looked for them in the natural structure, and/or rules of the objective world in which the human being lives. In fact the World has been offering unlimited development opportunities to him. In other words both of its inspiring, and convertible nature encouraged the progressive efforts of people. Secondly, we sought them in the environmental perceptions of human, and/or its cognitions. In fact human is the core of quality development because of its natural capabilities, and peripheral conditions. For this reason the mankind followed up the exellent knowledge by which every idea is transfrormed to the exellent products. On the other hand humankind not only shaped things, but also gave him an ethical sense that's strongly associated with his/her own virtues, and/or values of community in which he/she live.
