摘要
The paper elucidates the role of innovative planning in foreign economic activity and ways for development and improvement of the company's foreign economic activity management system. The following methods were used in the research: monographic - in the review of the literature on the theoretical foundations of the study; system analysis and groupings method - while substantiating the need for innovative activities planning in the development of foreign economic activity; multivariate analysis method and logical approach - for creating development model. The paper gives the grounds for the theoretical basis of the concept of innovation and innovative activities planning. The necessity of the innovative activities planning use in the development of foreign economic activity is proved on the example of a business plan. The model of foreign economic activity development is given; it enables the company's foreign economic activity system management improvement. The company's foreign economic activity model has been developed; it combines the advantages of traditional planning types: foresight strategic planning, tactical effectiveness and adaptability of operational planning. The results of research will promote the role of innovative activities planning in foreign economic activity and improvement of the company's foreign economic activity system management.
