摘要：
The optical properties of wide-gap II-VI heterostructures are reviewed with emphasis on recent results in (Zn,Cd)Se/ZnSe and (Zn,Cd)Se/Zn(S,Se) quantum wells and their impact on quasi-two-dimensional excitons, light emitting diodes, as well as on optically pumped lasers and diode lasers in such type-I systems.
