STRUCTURE OF MARAGING-STEEL AFTER HIGH-TEMPERATURE THERMOMECHANICAL TREATMENT AND REPEATED QUENCHING

摘要
The authors studied the formation of austenite during hot deformation and post-deformation holding and its influence on martensite structure and on austenite formed during reheating of 08Kh15N5D2T (VNS-2) and 08Kh15N5D2M2BT (VNS-2M) maraging steels and steels simulating these grades. A developed polygonized substructure is formed in the austenite. The hot-deformed austenite substructure is inherited by packet martensite during cooling. The martensite substrucure after HTMT is passed on in the course of alpha yields gamma -transformation during reaustenitizing and can be retained in the structure with heating in the austenite range.
