摘要
The role of the product CO/CO2 ratio in the ignition behaviour and the temperature history of petroleum coke particles burning in incipiently fluidized beds is examined. The results establish that this ratio not only influences the determination of kinetic parameters from such measurements, but also exerts a significant effect on the ignition delay and temperature for particles of sizes of interest in fluidized bed combustion.
