摘要：
The reasons of the banking crisis arising, the ways of overcoming it and analysis of factors that would allow time to identify the degree of crisis and determine the level of threat of insolvency and bankruptcy probability of a banking institution. The financial crisis development and the main factors of its occurrence in Ukraine in 2008 - 2009 is analyzed, some immediate anti-crisis measures are proposed.
