摘要:
Recent calculations of ledge and kink growth interactions for trains of steps (kinks) moving in the same direction are here generalized to include situations where the steps (kinks) are nucleated at arbitrary times and move towards each other. It is of interest to compare the overall rate of growth due to such movement with the case where all the steps move in the same direction.
