In order to determine whether or not the two events with the charge of Z = 14 and the mass number of A congruent-to 370 recently observed in cosmic rays are super-hypernuclei (or strange quark matter) as claimed, the charge-to-mass-number ratio (Z/A) of the super-hypernuclei is investigated in the quark-shell model. Although a small Z/A ratio is always preferable for super-hypernuclei, such a small charge of 3 approximately 30 may be realized as Z less-than-or-similar-to square-root 2/3A1/2 if the nuclei are created spontaneously from bulk strange quark matter due to the Coulomb attraction.
