PROCESS-CONTROL MODELING OF CONTINUOUS CHIP-GLUE BLENDING

The essentially interesting process variables in continuous chip-glue-blending are the ratios between chip- and adhesive-flow and between adhesive- and hardener-flow. A precise specification for these variables must be part of any agreement on the performance of a plant. As a basis, to avoid misunderstandings on this subject, an action-diagram of continuous chip-glue-blending is presented. An error analysis, based on this description yields a recommendation on the plants functional structure.
