摘要
The superconducting properties of GdBa2Cu3O7-x thin films grown on yttria-stabilized ZrO2 (100) and SrTiO3 (100) single crystal substrates were measured by the four probe method and AC susceptibility. The structure and microstructure of these films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, the (500) rocking curve and scanning electron microscopy. It was found that the superconducting properties and structure of the films changed markedly with the substrate temperature. The microwave surface resistance of the films was strongly dependent on the existence of grain boundaries and phase boundaries as well as the crystallinity of these films.
