摘要：
Maintaining the current trends prevailing investment model is not intrinsically capable of supporting the modernization of fixed assets, weighted structure of the economy through its export-commodity model and the associated low rate of decline in energy and electricity intensity of production, weak innovation activity - that does not allow to break the trajectory of the forced economic growth in the medium term.
