摘要：
Wunderlich's syndrome refers to spontaneous non-traumatic renal bleeding into the subcapsular and/or perirenal space1, 2. We present a patient of Tuberous sclerosis complex with bilateral renal angiomyolipomas and spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage following rupture of aneurismal component of angiomyolipoma from right kidney (Wunderlich's syndrome) along with a short review of this syndrome.
