摘要
In this article, I present and go deeply in part of the results of my undergraduate thesis for Social Anthropology degree in which I analyzed the political militancy practice and meaning motivated by a group of university militants who were guided by the State and the political parties autonomy guidelines in a neighborhood from Tigre Party located in the northern area of the Buenos Aires metropolitan area since mid 1990. Particularly, and through the etnographic description of the process to create a Popular High School for young and adult people, I will try to show the way the State and social organizations initiatives got together in a very complex relationship in which debates, practice and meanings around education and policies in Argentina started to mold and redefine between the mid nineties and the beginning of the XXI century.
