摘要
The recently proposed method of Sloan and Burn for the logarithmic-kernel first-kind integral equation on closed curves is modified, so as to permit high-order convergence in appropriate negative norm even when the solution is not smooth. In addition, the result of Sloan and Burn for the original method is shown to be extendable from circular to general smooth curves without loss.
