THE MODIFICATION OF THE MEANINGS OF CHINA ITSELF NAMES - FROM CHINESE PHILOSOPHY BEFORE CONFUCIUS TO THE DOCTRINE OF CONFUCIUS

The article provides the research of genesis and transformation of Chinese foreign-policy views on the philosophy before Confucius and in the doctrine of Confucius. The complete pattern of the universe of the philosophy before Confucius is provided for the first time. The modification of the term "Tianxia" (the part of earth situated under the sky) in the context of phenomenon of China centrism is provided for the first time. The terms "Tianxia" and "Zhong Guo" (the State of the middle, the State of the center) are provided as non identical in the philosophy before Confucius. The work has been compiled from a wide range of sources - from original sources of Chinese philosophy in wen-yan (classical Chinese) to works of Russian sinologists.
