摘要：
Recent recommendations to improve the urgent management of side effects of anticoagulant therapies have been published. They focus mainly on hemorrhagic complications, which are more common in the elderly. They are summarized in this article, focusing on epidemiologic and therapeutic data in emergency elderly patients.
