摘要：
Guidelines are omnipresent in the medical and dental routine practice. Physicians and dentists must therefore have at least an overview of the relevant guidelines. The legal quality of guidelines and recommendations must be known and what the legal implications are for medicolegal practice. This article presents the practically relevant questions.
