THE STRESS IN WOMEN OF THE FACULTY OF PEDAGOGIC SCIENCES OF CIENFUEGOS'S UNIVERSITY

This Project was made on the science Pedagogic Faculty, located on the head of Conrado Benitez belonging to Cienfuegos University. Its main goal it is to characterize the stress being present in the women of the Science Pedagogic Faculty in Cienfuegos City. It was taken a sample of 20 women belonging to this faculty. They were selected at a random way by Departments taking into consideration that they were women, that they belonged to the teaching staff, and that they were motivated. The data was obtain in an interview, semi - structure, and the questioner to face the stress. The results were analyzed quantitative and quality using an statistic procedure through of the SPSSS (statistic package) of the questioner. It was made with contingency tables, frequency analysis and no parametric tests. We obtained that all women recently were summited to stress, related to different kind of stress, what caused physical and psychological symptoms. Like the main styles of facing predominated in the studied sample, the planning and solution of the stress situation, the looking for social help, and the distant, and the realization of others activities that may possible the relaxation.
