摘要：
Medical social work is a social work area that social work's knowledge, value and skills are adapted to patients who have medical care. Although this area is one of the oldest areas of social work science and profession, it did not show the desired improvement because of insufficient academical studies and professional personnel in Turkey. This study aims to contribute social work practices that are actualized and can be actualized in medical settings for progress in medical social work area and practices.
