摘要
Of employees are many and varied forms of payment. One of these is performance-based pay system. Performance-based pay systems has gained much attention in recent years. Range of applications are mosyly found in the private sector rather than in the public sector. The application of performance based payment in our country is limited as well. One of the most successful implementations has been applied in the Ministry of Health. Ministry of Health has put out a very good performance criteria. In this implementation, performance evaluation has been based on some form of scoring which is also predetermined on the basis of accepted criteria. Performance payment to the personnel is made within the scope of this scoring. One of thesystem's success area could be seen as an increase in staff performance. However, besides some of the successful aspects of each system, there are some negative sides as well. The important thing is the establishment of a system which is evolving in parallel and constantly to meet with the changing environment.
