摘要
Upper and lower bounds are derived for the Renyi entropies in terms of the properties of periodic orbits. The bounds are valid for a broad class of chaotic systems and are applied as criteria for the existence of dynamical phase transitions associated with an anomalous scaling of the probability of observing orbits with certain symbolic sequences. The invariance of these criteria under singular coordinate transformations is emphasized and demonstrated in one-dimensional examples.
