摘要
A micromechanical approach using the finite element method is employed for investigating the microstresses caused by typical processes for producing metal matrix composites (MMCs). In addition, the evolution of the microstress states in the course of mechanical loading and their influence on the overall stress-strain behaviour of the MMC are considered.
