摘要
Unethical conduct organizational consequences bring the various stakeholders, acts often hidden and forgotten by the population. One issue that complicates the studies in this field, it is often the distinction between criminal acts and illegal activities, or even if these are responsibility of the company or individuals. The fact is that these actions end up hurting consumers, workers, government, community and the environment, and that this dark side of organizations is often overlooked in management studies. Thus, this research aims to identify what are the crimes and illegalities committed by corporations, focusing on those located in the State of Minas Gerais. After collecting data through documentary research, were found illegalities involving provided moral and material damages to unauthorized charges to consumers; and illegalities committed against workers. The only type of crime found in the research was the environmental crime. Furthermore, it is important to emphasize how the largest companies, especially multinationals, tend to have higher number of processes, not only related to problems with customers but also with the environment and even suppliers.
