摘要
In order to get the ontological potency back as social group, which in any moment was given or captured by political mechanisms of representation and converted, this way, in power, in removed power, a community process, a community, has to recover, not only the socioeconomic machines, but, too, its own focal points of enunciation. Without this, without finding the own desire and without choose its codification, it's said, without becoming enunciation subjects and keeping themselves as statement subjects, any social organization is just going to repeat the headings emitted by the central power. For that thing it has to be happened a consciousness touch, dose, from socialization specific processes, maybe put on by a promoter, developer group, which is capable to work as a diagrammatic mechanism, not only over themselves as a community, not about themselves as individuals, but over themselves as a preindividual group.
