Alternative tools for the administrative organization in the institutions of higher education

摘要
The assurance of Higher Education quality focuses a large portion of its efforts to competence development and intellectual production in different areas of knowledge. This paperwork proposes the "EFMQ 2010" model as an institutional alternative tool for administrative organization in Higher Education Institutions, taking into account the minimum conditions of quality and the guidelines of the National Commission of Accreditation in Colombia. Management by processes and continuous improvement based on the "REDER" technique and a Systemic Convergent Approach can be differentiating components in academic quality terms, with strong enough administrative processes for academic development and customer satisfaction.
