摘要
Reactive processing of a 50:50 (wt %) blend of poly(butylene terephthalate) and epoxy-functionalized ethylene-propylene rubber was investigated at 260-degrees-C over a range of mixing times. The mean radius of the dispersed particles and the correlation distance, determined using a light scattering method, decreased with mixing times up to 12 min, and then remained constant after a marginal increase. Dynamic mechanical properties, i.e. storage modulus and loss tangent, were correlated with the structure parameters.
